Virtual Counseling for Ambitious Women in NC, SC, & FL
Support to Help You Breathe Again
At Climbing Hills Counseling, I offer virtual therapy for ambitious women and overwhelmed moms in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
My work centers on supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, burnout, boundary fatigue, people pleasing, perfectionism, and the mental load that comes with managing so many roles.
Therapy becomes a steady place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
My approach blends Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. With a person centered lens, we focus on emotional safety, compassion, and helping you reconnect with your inner voice. This approach supports women who are used to holding everything together and rarely pause long enough to ask themselves what they need. You learn to feel supported instead of being the supporter and to ground yourself in who you are beneath the roles and expectations.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps address the constant mental loop that so many high achieving women experience. Together, we explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and work to shift patterns driven by the inner critic. This approach helps you build more balanced self-talk and develop steadier emotional footing during stressful moments.
Motivational Interviewing helps clarify what truly matters to you, support values-guided decision-making, and align your choices with who you are.
All sessions are held virtually through a secure and HIPAA compliant platform for adults 18 and older in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. Sessions are $200 for 50 minutes. I am in network with BCBS and Aetna, and private pay and superbills are available.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the full session fee.
Therapy with me is collaborative, grounding, and focused on helping you create a life that feels aligned rather than overwhelming. Together, we work on strengthening boundaries, challenging unhelpful thoughts, regulating your nervous system, and building a sense of clarity and calm.
If you are ready to feel more supported and more like yourself again, you can begin with a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
getting started
Finding the right therapist matters.
You can start with a consultation call, a free and no pressure 15 minute phone conversation that helps us get a sense of whether we are a good fit. We will walk through what you are looking for, answer any initial questions, and outline next steps so you feel comfortable and informed.
You can also choose to begin with a virtual 50 minute intake session. This session offers a calm, judgment free space to share what is bringing you to therapy. Together we clarify your goals and begin building the foundation for meaningful, supportive work that truly fits your life.
