virtual therapy for women in NC, SC, VT, FL, and ID.
Feel more like yourself again.
Support to Help You Breathe Again
At Climbing Hills Counseling, I offer virtual therapy for ambitious women and overwhelmed moms in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Idaho, and Vermont.
I support clients navigating anxiety, burnout, boundary fatigue, people pleasing, perfectionism, and the mental load that comes with managing so many roles.
Using a blend of talk therapy and EMDR, we go beyond managing symptoms and begin addressing what is driving these patterns at a deeper level. Therapy becomes a steady place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
My approach integrates Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. We start by creating a space that feels grounded and supportive, where you can step out of the role of holding everything together and begin to focus on your own needs. From there, we look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, especially the patterns shaped by self-doubt and the inner critic. As insight builds, EMDR helps process past experiences that continue to influence how you respond in the present, so triggers feel less intense, and you can move through life with more ease.
Along the way, we clarify what matters most to you and support you in making decisions that feel aligned. This work is not just about understanding yourself better, but about experiencing real shifts in how you feel, respond, and show up in your life.
All sessions are held virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for women in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Idaho, and Vermont. Sessions are $200 for 50 minutes. I am in-network with Aetna, and private pay and super bills are available.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the full session fee.
Therapy with me is collaborative, steady, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, clear, and in control. Together, we strengthen boundaries, shift unhelpful patterns, regulate your nervous system, and process what has been keeping you stuck.
If you are ready to feel more supported and more like yourself again, you can begin with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
getting started
Finding the right therapist matters.
You can start with a consultation call, a free and no pressure 15 minute phone conversation that helps us get a sense of whether we are a good fit. We will walk through what you are looking for, answer any initial questions, and outline next steps so you feel comfortable and informed.
You can also choose to begin with a virtual 50 minute intake session. This session offers a calm, judgment free space to share what is bringing you to therapy. Together we clarify your goals and begin building the foundation for meaningful, supportive work that truly fits your life.
