Individual Psychotherapy

Weekly or bi-weekly 50-minute sessions, virtually throughout NC, SC, VT, ID, and FL.

INITIAL SESSION $225

ONGOING SESSIONS $225/session.

In-network with Aetna only.

Superbills available upon request for out-of-network reimbursement with all other plans.

concentrated trauma work

EMDR intensives

A structured, multi-phase intensive designed for focused trauma processing. Dr. Chase is EMDR trained. Insurance coverage is not available for this service. 

INITIAL SESSION $225

ASSESSMENT AND PREPARATION (3 HOURS) $675

PROCESSING BLOCK (PER 3-HOUR BLOCK) $700/BLOCK

In-network for individual therapy.

Dr. Chase accepts Aetna for individual psychotherapy sessions. If you carry Aetna, your sessions may be covered at your in-network benefit rate.

For all other insurance plans, Dr. Chase is an out-of-network provider for individual therapy and not covered for EMDR Intensives.

In-network with Aetna. Contact your insurer before your first session to confirm your mental health benefits, deductible status, and any co-pay or co-insurance amounts that apply.

ALL OTHER PLANS

Superbills Available For Out Of Network

Dr. Chase provides superbills upon request for individual therapy sessions. Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network mental health services after your deductible is met. Contact your insurer to ask about your out-of-network benefits before your first session.

Dr. Chase offers virtual and in-person presentations and speaking opportunities ranging from a one-hour to a multi-day option.
