If the climb feels endless, you're doing all the things, and it still feel like something is missing,

You’re in the right place.

I’m here to help you stop spinning, breathe, and reconnect with who you really are.

I became a mental health counselor because I believe people deserve to feel grounded, capable, and connected to their inner strength, even in the hardest seasons of life. My work is rooted in the idea that healing begins when we understand where we come from, strengthen the parts of us that have been overlooked, and intentionally grow into the person we want to be.

I earned my PhD in Counselor Education from UNC Charlotte, a journey that allowed me to work as a teacher, practitioner, and supervisor. This blend keeps my work meaningful and helps me support clients with both depth and practicality. I am also a trained play therapist, which gives me a strong foundation in child development and helps me understand how early experiences shape who we become as adults.

During the pandemic, I developed a deep passion for supporting women, especially those carrying the mental load of motherhood, the pressure to “hold it all together,” and the patterns they learned in childhood. Today, I combine my expertise in child and adult development to support:

• High-achieving women navigating boundary fatigue, burnout, and the constant pressure to perform
• Adult children of emotionally immature parents working to break old patterns, stop people-pleasing, and reconnect with their own needs
• Women feeling overwhelmed by political and world events who want to stay grounded, calm, and emotionally steady in a heavy world

Since 2017, I have worked across private practice, schools, and community settings, and continue to find deep purpose in helping high-achieving women reconnect with their needs, set boundaries without guilt, and feel more at home in themselves. Whether you are exhausted from doing it all, trying to heal childhood wounds, or struggling to stay grounded in a chaotic world, I will meet you with compassion, honesty, and practical strategies to help you move forward with confidence.

My style

I believe that our relationship is the foundation.

I support high-achieving women who feel like they “should” be doing fine but are quietly struggling. If you carry the pressure to perform, feel stuck in people-pleasing from childhood, or find yourself overwhelmed by the constant noise of the world, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep managing it by yourself.

In therapy, our relationship is the foundation. This is not just a space to talk. It’s a space where you will feel genuinely understood, supported, and challenged in a way that helps you grow. I show up with warmth, honesty, and practical tools you can actually use in your daily life.

Together, we will work through the worries that keep you on edge, the inner critic that never seems to quiet down, and the parts of you that feel lost beneath the roles you’ve learned to carry. Whether you’re overwhelmed by boundary fatigue, unpacking patterns from emotionally immature parents, or trying to stay grounded in a world that feels heavy, we will take steady, meaningful steps to help you feel more rooted, more confident, and more like yourself again.

My guiding principles

Relationship

You deserve a space where you do not have to perform, explain, or hold everything together, just a grounded connection where you can finally exhale.

Empowerment

You will learn to trust yourself, set boundaries that actually stick, and show up with the confidence you’ve been working so hard to find.

Personalization

Your life is complex, so your support should be too. Everything we do is tailored to fit your real world, your patterns, and your goals.

Humility

Your experiences do not exist in a vacuum. I honor your story, your identity, and your context so you never feel misunderstood, minimized, or judged.

It’s okay to stop and catch your breath.

You don’t have to earn your rest.

Your experience matters.

Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe in our work together, and that means everything to me. I show up as my authentic self so you can feel comfortable showing up as yours, without judgment or pressure.

I know what it’s like to carry the weight of high expectations while trying to hold everything together. My own journey through therapy and through the ups and downs of being a high-achieving woman has deeply shaped how I show up for others. I bring empathy, realness, and compassion into every session, creating a space where you don’t have to be “on,” just honest, open, and human.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and peaceful walks in nature, experimenting with new recipes, traveling with my partner, and spending time with my dog and cat, who always bring joy to my life.

If you’re a high-achieving woman or an overwhelmed mom who’s constantly juggling it all yet still feels like it’s never enough, you’re not alone. You don’t have to keep doing it all on your own. Together, we’ll work to help you feel grounded, confident, and connected to yourself again.
